Source Connection Chiro & Light has been part of the San Diego wellness community since 2023, founded by Dr. Darcy White — a Doctor of Chiropractic and University Heights resident. Darcy’s own healing journey led her to create a space where people could reconnect with their bodies, their energy, and their sense of self.

The practice blends NetworkSpinal chiropractic care with tools from the Modern Mystery School. Darcy found relief through NetworkSpinal after years of intense stress and complex PTSD, which led her to train further with the Modern Mystery School, completing Life Activation, Empower Thyself initiation, and additional coursework. She now offers those same modalities to her clients.

At Source Connection, sessions focus on releasing stored tension, regulating the nervous system, and supporting clients’ sense of presence and clarity. Clients have described the work as a “reset” for both body and mind.

The center offers NetworkSpinal, Life Activations, Empower Thyself training, and other lineage healing modalities. Beyond the treatment room, Darcy focuses on building relationships with clients and fostering a community centered on healing.

Source Connection is located at 2423 Camino del Rio S, 207, in Mission Valley. Current office days are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
