Board Meetings
Executive Board Meetings are where your board of directors, including elected officers and committee and team leads, meet to plan, strategize, and ensure the workings of UHCA. Board meetings follow an agenda, which will normally be published 72 hours ahead of the meeting, and minutes will be published after the following meeting when they are approved.
Annual Report
2024 marks the first year UHCA has produced a comprehensive annual report to our members, part of the new UHCA board’s commitment to openness and transparency. This report details income, expenses, balance sheet, details on major expenditures, and a comparison to the prior year, including explanatory notes.
