Enviouskin Day Spa and Boutique: 16 Years in UH

EnviouSkin Day Spa and Boutique has been in the quaint neighborhood of University Heights for 16 years. It all started with Kim Hellmund, a young German transplant who had a dream of owning and running her own skincare studio, living the American Dream! When EnviouSkin first opened its doors, it was a cozy 2-room studio, but has grown and expanded over the years. Many of the spa’s clients have been with Hellmund since the very beginning, a testament to the trust and lasting relationships she’s built over the years.

Hellmund’s passion is always providing top-notch services using high-quality products, but always with a neighborly feel. EnviouSkin truly loves its neighbors and is grateful for their support. Beyond the spa walls, Hellmund and her team foster genuine friendships that extend into the neighborhood and community.

As a product of continued studies in Germany and the US, Hellmund cannot stress enough the importance of education. She’s not just a local small business owner; she’s also a certified educator who loves sharing her knowledge with her guests, staff, and anyone interested in learning about the industry. Over the years, she’s built a team of experienced estheticians who support her vision of a cohesive and professional but fun environment. She’s also mastered the art of work-life balance, welcoming a new baby while still growing her thriving spa.

The spa offers a variety of treatments, including facials, resurfacers, chemical peels, wax, and sugar hair removal services. In the boutique, you’ll find a spa-inspired collection of at-home skincare and gifts for everyone.

EnviouSkin is located in the University Heights Business District at 4670 Park Blvd. It’s open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays, and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays. You can book an appointment by phone or text at 619.255.9368, email info@enviouskin.com, or online at EnviouSkin.com.
