UHCA September 2025 Meeting Recap

After our summer hiatus, the Sept. 4 UHCA Community Meeting was held at Birney Elementary

  • Officer Adamek reported that several ‘false alarm’ calls were made about a house on Georgia Street. Making such calls take officers off urgent calls. Other reported instances were thefts, vandalism, and illegal entry to gated complexes. She reminded us all to be mindful of locking our homes and cars, don’t leave items visible in autos, drive carefully and mind speed limits. Deborah reminded everyone to contact their local Zone Coordinator (list in the UH News) to ensure you are receiving local notifications.

  • President Marc welcomed Joanna Lin who is heading the UHCA communications team. The new UHCA website has launched; increased volunteer team, banner updates, new merchandise, membership programs etc. We are more financially healthy than ever thanks to renewing memberships, donations, advertisers and business members.
