Brucker Ed Center Site: 7 years and $500,000 Later... and We're Starting Over
Despite years of collaboration, design charrettes, and a widely supported consensus plan, the San Diego Unified School District is starting over on the redevelopment of the Brucker Education Center. A new “listening session” is scheduled for April 28, but many in University Heights see this not as the beginning—but a dismissal of seven years of community-driven planning.
