Pet of the Month: Henny

After a months-long quest to find an ultra-friendly cat, Friends of Normie Rescue Director encouraged University Heights resident Natalie Yacob to meet a “special cat” in Long Beach. Upon introduction, Henny excitedly sauntered up to Natalie without fear and accepted outpourings of praise with his characteristic ability to display both simultaneous humility and pride. Natalie knew instantly that Henny was the one. Despite his lack of human trust stemming from pre-rescue trauma, Henny lives for snuggles, playtime, and scratches, with a gregarious demeanor and go-with-the-flow SoCal spirit that inspires those around him to follow suit.
