Make UH Shine Bright This Season: 2025 Lights in the Heights Contest

Our UH community takes holiday lights very seriously... and again this year we’re relying on YOU to not only put up your lights, inflatables, painted signs, animatronics, figures, nativity scenes, and everything else you’re keeping in those red bins in your storage spots to help make UH the neighborhood with the most holiday spirit and sparkle, but we’re also relying on YOU to help decide which displays are “best of the best.” We have also made it easy for folks to find your creative brilliance and vote on the best decorated homes!

We’re also going to track blocks and groups for special recognition as “Best Blocks in UH,” so work on getting your neighbors in the holiday spirit! No matter how big or small, every bit of twinkle makes our whole neighborhood shine brighter.

Nominate: your home (or another) you think should be included. Nominations must be made by midnight, Sunday, December 7 at link.uhsd.org/nominatelights

Nominations will be confirmed by email starting December 8, and new for this year, the first 50 nominations will receive a yard sign with a QR code neighbors can use to vote for thier favorite displays (pick-up details will be included in the confirmation email).
