Volunteer to Grow UH's Biodiversity Garden Along Meade Avenue

Have you ever walked down Meade Avenue along the Birney joint-use field and noticed the springtime wildflower bloom alongside active insects, birds, and lizards? Or maybe you enjoyed some quiet time on the park bench in the joint-use field? All of these efforts are a testament to the dedication of our volunteers, who generously donate their time and enthusiasm to support native plants and animals, foster community spirit, and enhance the beauty of University Heights. Join us 8 to 11 a.m. every second Saturday of the month along Meade Avenue next to Alice Birney.

Join our email list at nativeplants@uhsd.org for updates and reminders. If you are interested in helping support equipment and plant purchases, please see the QR code or visit www.uhsd.org/nativeplantsdonate.
