Elections for UHCA Executive Board Officers

UHCA Officer Nominations

Nominations can be made by any voting member currently in good standing. The person being nominated must also be a voting member in good standing at the time of election. “Voting member in good standing,” per UHCA by-laws, means “A person shall become a member of UHCA upon payment of the annual dues. […] A voting member is any adult resident, business owner or property owner, located within the boundaries of University Heights, as defined in Article I, Section 2. Voting privileges for new members shall become effective 30 days from the receipt of payment of dues. If necessary, voting privileges can be verified by reference to a current membership roster. The Board reserves the right to verify voting membership eligibility.”

Nomination Form

Current UHCA members may nominate themselves or another person (please make sure they know you’re nominating them!).

Nominees will be notified by email that they have been nominated (if they are current UHCA members) and will have the opportunity to provide a candidate statement and photo for the September issue of UH News.

Nominations must be received by August 10th to be included in the September UH News, and all nominations will be finalized at the September meeting with elections in-person at the October meeting.
