UH Fall Festival Draws Record Crowd and Community Spirit

It was a perfect – and warm – Saturday for the annual UH Fall Festival put on by the Birney Beekeeper Alliance (the combined PTA and Friends of Birney Elementary School groups). Hundreds of folks enjoyed the live music, over a dozen food trucks, beer garden, and local merchants and organizations who exhibited. The kids had a blast with the petting zoo, interactive games, and butterfly experience – among many other activities!

Kudos to the Birney Beekeeper Alliance for the amazing work of pulling this all together – and to our community for the critical fundraising that goes a long way towards making Birney’s International Baccalaureate programs possible.
