Honoring Roxanne Govari for Extraordinary Service, Generosity and Dedication to University Heights
Some people support their community. Others help build it.
For years, Roxanne Govari, owner of Pemberley Realty, has been one of University Heights’ most steadfast champions, giving generously not only of her financial resources, but of something equally precious: her time, talents, and unwavering commitment to making our neighborhood a better place.
As a former active board member and now board member emerita of the University Heights Community Association (UHCA), Roxanne played an instrumental role in UHCA’s revitalization. When the organization needed help finding its footing, she stepped forward — not just with encouragement, but with action.
Roxanne and her Pemberley Realty team have donated countless hours helping distribute UH News, ensuring our neighborhood newspaper continues connecting residents and businesses. As one of the publication’s most loyal advertisers and a generous sponsor of virtually every major community event, she has consistently demonstrated what it means for a local business to invest in the neighborhood it calls home.
But Roxanne’s contributions go well beyond sponsorships and volunteer hours. Her generosity reflects a genuine belief in the power of community and the importance of neighbors looking out for one another.
For her extraordinary leadership, enduring generosity, and years of selfless dedication, the UHCA is proud to honor Roxanne Govari with this month’s Plume Award.
University Heights is a stronger, more connected, and more vibrant community because of her.
Thank you, Roxanne. You’ve helped make our neighborhood something truly special.
